I have alot of excess fat on my chest and was wondering what is the best exercise to get rid of it.
The way the body works is that when fat is burned, it is burned more or less evenly throughout the body. If you are a teenager, it can be part of the body’s natural maturation processes that occur during those times.
Your best bet is to try to eat relatively healthy; stay away from fried foods, excess carbohydrates from lots of pasta and chips, and high sugar snacks. Note that fat stored in the body doesn’t come directly from fat ingested in the diet. It comes from eating too much of anything. This will prevent you from storing any more fat.
Add in some push-ups and pull-ups and some cardiovascular exercise such as running or jumping rope to burn the extra fat that you’re carrying and you’ll be on your way in no time. It’s really not as hard as it seems. Good luck!
