I need a new chest workout routine that will get me a thicker, wider chest. That is an intense workout that can get me to gain a few inches on my chest in a 1-2 month time frame. I came up with a routine for my arms and have gain an inch and a half on them within a 1 month’s time.
I work out at home also. I have dumb bells and a curl bar that I have also been using for my benching. Just need a new workout of my chest.
Best chest workout:
1) 5 sets of between 6-10 reps decline dumbell bench presses
2) 4 sets of between 8-12 reps incline dumbell flies
3) 4 sets of wide hand placement push-ups to failure ( 1 min rest between sets)
4) 4 sets of between 8-12 reps pullovers
5) 5 sets of between 6-10 reps flat bench dumbell bench presses
This workout should take no more than an hour, and uses only the equipment that you have. Best of luck widening your chest.

I have a flabby stomach and tites and i want that to change.
Do cardio everyday. 30 – 60 minutes a day. You have to reduce bodyfat to see the muscle you’re going to be building. Usually abs show up with a body fat percentage of less than 10.
To build up your chest do bench presses, flies ( with free weights) and push ups.
To build up your abdominal muscles, do various crunches and leg lifts to build your upper, middle, and lower abs.

and if they are do i just do 3 sets to failure? also how much time between sets? and should i do them early or later in the workout?
pullups would work your back, and pushups would focus on your chest. My recomendation is to do 3 sets, with a rep that challenges you on the last one and then do a 4th set going to failure. For pushups do more sets. 1-2 mins rest in between sets. Do them later in your workout. Remember…Compound first, then Isolation.

Im trying to get a sexier body and want great abs and chest.
what is the best workouts for home? Thanks for answering:) it really helps
Abs: Situps. Planks. Or a techinique which I use when you lie on your back with your hands behind your head. Just raise your head and shoulders and breathe out as you do so. Try and really crunch up your abs when you do this. Start doing it faster and you will feel the burn.
Chest: I just do press-ups but I dont count. I just keep going until I physically can’t do any more press ups. To easy? Have a younger sibling sit on your back or fill a back pack with heavy things and try.
Btw: I find it better to do all the exercises until your to tired rather than do set amounts and not feeling the burn. Remember the muscle burn is what your after.

I am only interested in building the chest muscles.
Yes it will , but not as magically as you would like. The body will process the protien you take in and put it where it needs it most. So , you work out your chest and have well balanced protein , you will build your chest.
caution, if you are only working your chest, you should not be adding a lot of protien, your body does not handle protein overload very well. Many protien shakes and bars for body builders have 60-90g of protien, for your chest only, you should limit it to 20-30g after your workout, in addition to your daily protien.
