What does "de tu Ronco Pecho Norteño" mean?

I saw it on a mexican show a long time ago….

For your Northern rough voice

although pecho=chest, the correct way of translating it without changing the meaning would be voice

    de is OF
    tu is you(r)
    ronco means hoarse, husky or rough voiced
    pecho means chest
    Norteno means any number of things.. more than I want to list.. and none of them make sense in this context, so I’m guessing it is slang for AmeriKan (North American) so you can put it together and see if you can figure out what the person meant it… since you didn’t bother to say what the CONTEXT was in which it was said, I don’t have a clue.. but i could interpret it in any number of ways.
