Hi I need help building up my chest particularly in the upper chest because its starting to sink in for some reason and I need a good workout to fix that. Thanks
Focus on the bench press and incline bench press.
The incline bench press will really bring out the top of your chest for sure. Use a spotter or a squat rack for safety.
If you can’t get to a gym to use a barbell, incline dumbbell flys also work.
