You gotta work on …
You gotta work on that extension form… You are using your back and delts too much when you are coming all the way up and locking out, and you def should not be locking your arms out, it is a pointless “rest” in-between reps… All you are do is fatiguing your self more and not getting anything out of it.

I always learned …
I always learned that you shouldn’t do more than 9-12 sets per muscle group, including chest, yet he does 15 PLUS the drop sets. Isn’t he overdoing it? If it is OK do this, then how often? Every other day, every 4 days, or once a week??
