Complete Chest Workout Routine

This is a complete chest workout that myself and Trish did the other day. We hit the chest from all angles and positions. Compound exercises, isolation exercises, stretching, peak contraction, etc. You gotta give this one a try!

    doing dumbbell …
    doing dumbbell pullovers like at 6:30 i screwed up my shoulders when i thought i was doing the right weight trust me do less weight then what you think you can do
    this is however a great exercise it works almost your whole upper body

    I thought that turning my wrists & elbows in while doing the incline dumbell bench would put even more emphasis on the triceps but was pleasantly surprised. The next day my chest was quite sore. Usually my triceps fail before my chest but this way they don’t. Thanks for the video Lee.
