    Medical direction …
Medical direction depends on the jurisdiction, for example in MD we can administer three pt perscribed nitros every five mins. with no pain alleiviation, in a prehospital setting as long as the systolic B/P stays above 90 and pul;se stays over 60. Oh yeah if they haev taken cialis viagra or levitra in the past 48 hours we have to perform a consult as well.

No ECG even though the pt has a cardiac history, no Sp02, and no sense of urgency. I think I would rather treat myself.

Nice exam, but 5 and a half minutes to get the 1st set of vitals is a bit slow. Also I didn’t think there was a need to do a trauma exam. Was ALS called? Good Pt communication.

That was good. But you don’t reassess SAMPLE and you should have to contact medical control for administration of Nitro. Good assessment though.
