    twisting your hands …
twisting your hands to where your knuckles are facing u at top. You should get the best upper chest region. This way is only working mid lower chest and canyon forming. Now if you have alot of fat there it would most likely build up into upper and lower.

pick a weight u can do for about 7-8 reps no more or no less. then after the 7-8 reps, drop 10 pounds for each dumbell (ex. 65-55). then do that until failure. then drop wieght another 10 pounds (ex 55-45) then do til failure. Repeat this process 2 more times.. it burns like mad

    I agree with …
I agree with lifting heavy, but what seems appropriate is 8-10 reps x 2-3 sets

Give it a year and you will notice some serious muscle growth happening, not a lot, but a good amount. Be sure to eat everything healthy, get lots of rest, and have explosive workouts.

I don’t know what you mean by “2 *weeks*”… give it half a year to notice “positive results” and by the end you should be getting at a reasonable muscle size.
